📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and record all financial transactions accurately using QuickBooks.
• Prepare and submit monthly financial reports to the management team.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements.
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of invoices and payment requests.
• Participate in the monthly closing process, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a similar role.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks for accounting and financial reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Indonesian GAAP and international accounting standards.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
