📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and applications.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT issues.,Backup and restore data as needed.,Ensure data security and implement necessary protocols.,Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies.,Assist in the implementation of new IT projects and initiatives.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure and systems.,Familiarity with network protocols and security measures.,Good problem-solving and analytical skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
