In this position, you will work closely with the Accounting Manager to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist in the preparation of financial statements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial statements and reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections
  • Process and reconcile bank transactions and prepare journal entries
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records and ledgers
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations
  • Provide support to the Accounting Manager in audits and internal controls
  • Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and financial projections
  • Prepare and maintain financial documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
