This role is crucial in supporting the General Affairs department in managing various administrative and operational tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our office and maintaining a positive work environment.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing office administration, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records.,Support the General Affairs department in organizing and coordinating office events, such as team buildings and company gatherings.,Handle office supplies, including ordering, inventory management, and distribution.,Assist in maintaining office cleanliness and safety standards.,Support the HR department in administrative tasks, such as processing employee data and maintaining employee records.,Assist in preparing and distributing company newsletters, announcements, and other internal communications.,Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for office-related needs.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation for the General Affairs department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administrative Science, Business Administration, or related fields.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.
