Warung Wati Butik is looking for a dedicated HR Officer to join our team in Yogyakarta. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.,Handle employee relations, including conflicts and grievances.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations.,Assist in employee training and development programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in the fashion industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluent in Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
