📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.,Handle employee relations and address any concerns or issues that may arise.,Assist in the administration of employee benefits and compensation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and employee satisfaction.,Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a personnel or HR role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Familiarity with Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Good organizational and time management skills.
