📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Maintain high standards of food and beverage quality, safety, and presentation.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels, ordering, and budgeting.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and budgeting.,Understanding of health and safety regulations and food handling standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with point-of-sale systems and restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.
