📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular store visits to monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide excellent service.,Promoting products and services to increase sales and brand awareness.,Providing training and support to retail staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional campaigns.,Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles and practices.,Knowledge of the electronics industry is a plus.
