📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic HR plans aligned with business objectives.,Lead and mentor the HR team to ensure high performance and professional development.,Conduct thorough employee assessments and provide constructive feedback.,Manage recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth employee lifecycle.,Foster a positive and inclusive work culture through effective communication and team building activities.,Oversee employee benefits and compensation strategies to attract and retain top talent.,Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational change and improvement initiatives.,Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a senior HR role.,Proven track record in strategic people management and organizational development.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Experience working in a multicultural environment is a plus.,Knowledge of HRIS systems and data analytics is a plus.
