As an AI-Powered Knowledge Management Specialist, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing AI-driven solutions to streamline our knowledge base. • Develop and maintain an AI-powered knowledge base using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, and AI-driven platforms.
• Curate, organize, and update content to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and optimized for AI-driven search.
• Collaborate with support teams to gather and document best practices, troubleshooting guides, and FAQs.
• Integrate AI tools and technologies to enhance the knowledge base, such as chatbots, natural language processing, and machine learning algorithms.
• Analyze user feedback and support metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven strategies.
• Train and mentor team members on the use of AI tools and knowledge management best practices.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our knowledge management strategies.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations, including GDPR and local data protection laws.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in knowledge management, information architecture, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of AI and machine learning concepts and their application in knowledge management.
• Experience with knowledge management tools and platforms, such as Confluence, SharePoint, and AI-driven platforms.
• Proficient in data analysis tools, including SQL, Excel, and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision making.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
