📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Sous Chef in preparing and cooking dishes according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, ensuring all equipment and utensils are properly stored and sanitized.,Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, main courses, and desserts.,Monitor food quality and safety, ensuring all dishes are cooked to the correct temperature and served promptly.,Assist in stock control and inventory management, ensuring all ingredients are available and used efficiently.,Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and efficient service.,Follow all health and safety regulations, and maintain a safe working environment.,Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as an Assistant Sous Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.,Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food safety, and hygiene practices.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and/or Western cuisine is a plus.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Fluent in English and Indonesian.,Valid food handler's permit and any other relevant certifications.
