As a Construction Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of engineers, architects, and construction workers. You will work closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met. Using tools like AutoCAD and Procore, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets using software like AutoCAD and Procore.
• Ensure all construction activities are conducted safely and efficiently.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction project management.
• Proven experience in supervising construction projects, preferably in Bali.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and safety regulations.
• Proficiency in using project management software like AutoCAD and Procore.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and ability to drive company vehicles.
