📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the department, ensuring that all team members are performing at their best.,Develop and implement strategies to improve department performance and achieve company goals.,Oversee the day-to-day operations of the department, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Recruit, train, and develop team members to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.,Monitor and evaluate department performance, providing feedback and support to team members as needed.,Work closely with other departments to ensure that the department's goals align with the company's overall objectives.,Represent the department at meetings and events, both internally and externally.,Ensure that the department complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in business administration, human resources, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members, clients, and other stakeholders.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) and other HR software is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
