📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning and development programs aligned with the company's strategic goals.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with the Learning and Development Manager to ensure the successful implementation of training programs.,Provide guidance and support to employees to help them achieve their learning and development goals.,Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Contribute to the creation of learning materials and resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a related field.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
