📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute impactful events, including workshops, networking sessions, and promotional activities
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop event strategies that align with brand objectives
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local partners, influencers, and community leaders
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and budget management
• Create engaging content and materials for events, including social media posts, email campaigns, and event promotions
• Analyze event performance and provide insights to improve future events
• Foster a sense of community and engagement among attendees and participants
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning and community building

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning and community building
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events
• Strong knowledge of event planning software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for creating unforgettable experiences
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
