You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and support our company's growth initiatives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the company's financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Oversee accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare and file annual tax returns.
• Lead the implementation of financial systems and processes, such as SAP and QuickBooks.
• Provide financial guidance and support to cross-functional teams.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial documentation and record-keeping.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, accounting, and taxation.
• Proven experience with SAP and QuickBooks.
• Certification in professional accounting (CPA, CMA, or ACCA) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
