Sky Market Nusantara is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is an immediate opening, and we are excited to find the right candidate to help manage our fleet operations efficiently.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use. You will work closely with our drivers and other team members to maintain a high level of service and safety.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Coordinate and manage the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and ready for use.

Maintain and update the fleet management system, including vehicle schedules, maintenance records, and driver information.

Monitor vehicle performance, fuel consumption, and maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Coordinate with drivers and other team members to ensure timely and efficient vehicle use.

Investigate and resolve any issues related to fleet operations, such as vehicle breakdowns or accidents.

Ensure that all fleet vehicles meet safety and environmental standards.

Provide training and support to new drivers to ensure they are familiar with company policies and procedures.

Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance and efficiency to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.

Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Fluency in English and Indonesian.
