📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees.,Maintain and update employee records and files.,Coordinate and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Handle employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assist in the preparation and administration of payroll.,Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.,Assist in the development and maintenance of HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations in Indonesia.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with payroll and employee benefit programs is a plus.
