📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting regular internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulatory requirements.,Preparing and presenting audit reports to the management, highlighting areas of risk and opportunities for improvement.,Assisting in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Collaborating with various departments to understand their operations and identify potential risks.,Conducting risk assessments and providing recommendations to mitigate identified risks.,Ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.,Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Professional certification such as CPA, CIA, or CMA is a plus.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, auditing standards, and risk management.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
