📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Monitor and maintain vehicle schedules and routes.
  • Coordinate with drivers and ensure they adhere to safety protocols.
  • Manage vehicle maintenance and repair schedules.
  • Track fuel consumption and cost.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports on fleet performance.
  • Provide support to the fleet manager in strategic planning.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding fleet services.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficient in Indonesian and English.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
