📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the quality control process and ensuring that all products and services meet the required standards,Leading a team of QC staff and providing guidance and support,Conducting quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement,Working closely with other departments to improve our quality standards,Developing and implementing quality control procedures and protocols,Monitoring and analyzing quality data to identify trends and patterns,Providing training and development opportunities for QC staff,Ensuring compliance with all relevant quality control regulations and standards

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role,Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices,Experience in leading a team of QC staff,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Familiarity with quality control software and tools,Ability to travel as needed
