📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including food and beverage services.
  • Manage and supervise a team of staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain efficient operations.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to management, including sales, expenses, and profitability.
  • Participate in training and development programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations and standards.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant management.
  • Proven track record of success in managing restaurant operations and staff.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends and best practices.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
  • Valid food safety and health certification.
