📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the section, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.,Developing and implementing strategies to improve productivity and performance within the section.,Providing guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and achieve their goals.,Monitoring and evaluating the performance of team members, providing feedback and coaching as needed.,Managing budgets and resources, ensuring that the section operates within financial constraints.,Collaborating with other departments and stakeholders to ensure that the section's goals align with the overall objectives of the organization.,Representing the section at meetings and events, both internally and externally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related discipline.,A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role, with a proven track record of success.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.,Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.,Familiarity with HR management systems and processes, including recruitment, training, and performance management.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues effectively.
