📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mining companies and industrial clients in East Jakarta.
• Provide technical support and consultancy on VSD systems, including installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and growth potential.
• Prepare and present technical proposals, quotes, and reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering and sales teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to showcase PERSOL Indonesia's products and solutions.
• Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to stay ahead in the mining and industrial sectors.
• Provide training and support to field engineers and technicians.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering, particularly in the mining or industrial sector.
• Strong technical knowledge of VSD systems and related technologies.
• Proven track record of successful sales and business development in the mining industry.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with CAD software and technical documentation tools.
• Ability to travel frequently within East Jakarta and other regions as needed.
• Must be fluent in both English and Indonesian.
