📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage procurement processes, including ordering, receiving, and storing of materials
  • Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing
  • Monitor inventory levels and place orders to maintain optimal stock levels
  • Track and manage supplier performance, including lead times, quality, and delivery reliability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
  • Ensure compliance with all procurement policies and procedures
  • Prepare and analyze procurement reports and metrics
  • Participate in cost-saving initiatives and process improvements

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in procurement or supply chain management
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Indonesian procurement laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
