📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and inspect products or services to ensure they meet quality standards,Identify and document defects or issues in the production process,Work closely with production teams to resolve quality issues,Maintain and update quality control records and reports,Conduct quality audits and inspections,Ensure compliance with company quality policies and procedures,Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Experience in quality control or related field is a plus,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with quality control software and tools is an advantage,Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies,Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
