One Base Cemerlang is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere while contributing to our operations in Ubud, Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fleet management and a passion for ensuring our vehicles are well-maintained and efficiently utilized.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the company's fleet of vehicles.,Schedule and coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Monitor fuel consumption and expenses to ensure cost efficiency.,Manage vehicle documentation, including insurance, registration, and mileage records.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Coordinate with drivers and other departments to resolve any issues related to the fleet.,Provide regular reports on fleet performance and maintenance status.,Participate in the development and implementation of fleet management policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Proficient in using fleet management software and tools.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
