Link Point Indonesia is seeking a dedicated and passionate HR Staff to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a remote position, offering flexibility and competitive compensation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including job postings, screening, and candidate interviews.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Coordinate with managers to address employee concerns and issues, fostering a positive work environment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in training sessions and workshops.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.,Assist in the preparation of reports and analysis related to HR metrics and KPIs.,Stay updated with the latest HR trends, best practices, and regulatory changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a remote or hybrid work environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with HR software and tools, such as BambooHR, Workday, or similar platforms.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
