As a Senior Accountant, you will work closely with our management team to develop and implement financial strategies that align with our company's goals. You will also be responsible for overseeing the work of our junior accountants and ensuring that all financial processes are compliant with Indonesian accounting standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support business growth and profitability.,Oversee the work of junior accountants and provide guidance and training as needed.,Conduct regular financial reviews and provide recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and submit tax returns and other required financial documents to relevant authorities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documents.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2 years in a senior accounting role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Proficiency in accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
