📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement social media strategies that align with the company's overall marketing goals.,Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok.,Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.,Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute social media campaigns and promotions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.,Report on social media activities and provide recommendations for improvement.,Manage and grow our social media presence by attracting and retaining followers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or a related role.,Proven track record of successfully managing social media accounts with a significant following.,Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Indonesian and English.,Creative and innovative thinker with a keen eye for detail.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Metricool.
