Interflour Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Supervisor to join our team in Bali. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Madura market and be able to drive sales growth in this region. This is a full-time position based in Denpasar, Badung, with a competitive salary package of IDR 12,000,000 to IDR 18,000,000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the sales team to meet and exceed monthly sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share.,Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Train and develop the sales team to enhance their skills and performance.,Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of products to customers.,Participate in trade shows and exhibitions to promote our products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales management or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive market.,Strong understanding of the Madura market and consumer behavior.,Excellent communication and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages is a plus.
