📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient processes,Manage and train a team of staff to maintain high standards of customer service and food quality,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions,Manage and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of high-quality ingredients,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the food and beverage industry,Strong knowledge of inventory management, supply chain, and logistics,Excellent leadership and communication skills,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously,Familiarity with POS systems and other relevant software,Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus,Fluent in English and Indonesian
