📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting thorough inspections of products to ensure they meet quality standards.,Identifying and documenting defects and non-conformities.,Collaborating with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records.,Performing statistical process control (SPC) to monitor and improve product quality.,Conducting audits and inspections of suppliers to ensure compliance with quality standards.,Providing training and guidance to junior quality control staff.,Ensuring compliance with relevant quality standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control or inspection roles.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, standards, and methodologies.,Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and quality improvement techniques.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team environment and under pressure.
