MERIDIAN Corporindo is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in restaurant management, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.,Manage and motivate a team of staff to achieve high performance standards.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and control inventory levels to ensure optimal stock management.,Maintain a clean and well-maintained restaurant environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving operational goals.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.,Certification in food safety and health regulations is a plus.
