📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Managing store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and replenishment.
  • Ensuring store cleanliness and organization, including daily cleaning and maintenance.
  • Assisting with cash handling and financial transactions.
  • Providing excellent customer service to both customers and staff.
  • Monitoring and reporting store performance metrics.
  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of store displays and promotions.
  • Handling any other duties as assigned by the store manager.
  • Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in retail or administrative roles is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.
