📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the pharmacy, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with all local and national regulations and standards for pharmacy operations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Maintain a clean and organized pharmacy environment that meets health and safety standards.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the pharmaceutical industry.,Proven track record of successfully managing pharmacy operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Understanding of local regulations and standards for pharmacy operations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software is a plus.
