As a Store Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the store inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely restocking.,Provide excellent customer service, assisting customers with their purchases and addressing any concerns.,Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, using the point-of-sale system.,Monitor store traffic and sales performance, providing regular reports to the store manager.,Perform routine store maintenance tasks, including cleaning, organizing, and stocking.,Collaborate with the sales team to promote products and achieve sales targets.,Handle cash handling duties, including counting and depositing cash, and reconciling bank deposits.,Stay up-to-date with store policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or store operation role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with customers and team members.,Attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.,Familiarity with cash handling procedures and the ability to maintain accurate financial records.,Ability to lift and move items up to 20 lbs (9 kg) and stand for extended periods of time.,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as needed.,High school diploma or equivalent experience required.
