PT KASS Indonesia IP Services is looking for a skilled Trademark & Industrial Design Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in managing and protecting our intellectual property assets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in trademark and industrial design law, and a proven track record in managing IP portfolios.

As a Trademark & Industrial Design Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of our trademarks and industrial designs, from filing and registration to enforcement and monitoring. You will work closely with our legal team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure that our IP assets are well-protected and strategically managed.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the entire lifecycle of trademarks and industrial designs, including filing, registration, and enforcement,Oversee the development and implementation of IP strategies to maximize the value of our IP portfolio,Monitor and analyze market trends and competitors' IP activities to identify opportunities and threats,Provide legal advice and guidance to clients and internal teams on IP matters,Coordinate with external parties such as patent attorneys, law firms, and government agencies,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations governing trademarks and industrial designs,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to build trust and loyalty,Monitor and analyze the performance of our IP portfolio to ensure it meets our business objectives

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Law, Business, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in trademark and industrial design management,Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international trademark and industrial design laws and regulations,Proven track record in managing and protecting IP portfolios,Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Proficiency in English and Indonesian languages,Experience in working with clients and stakeholders in a professional and client-focused manner
