In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all metallurgical activities, from research and development to process optimization. You will work with cutting-edge tools such as METSIM and HSC Chemistry to model and simulate metallurgical processes. Your daily tasks will include leading metallurgical teams, conducting feasibility studies, and implementing new technologies to improve our extraction methods.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and oversee all metallurgical activities at our Bangka Belitung operations.
• Develop and implement advanced metallurgical techniques to enhance tin extraction efficiency.
• Conduct feasibility studies and technical evaluations to optimize extraction processes.
• Work with METSIM and HSC Chemistry to model and simulate metallurgical processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of metallurgical solutions.
• Monitor and report on metallurgical performance metrics and KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to metallurgical staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Metallurgical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in metallurgical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading metallurgical projects and teams.
• Expertise in METSIM and HSC Chemistry software.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations and sustainability practices.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Professional certification such as Certified Metallurgist (CM) or equivalent.
• Familiarity with the tin mining industry and operations in Bangka Belitung.
