📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create accurate and detailed technical drawings, specifications, and other related documents using AutoCAD and other design software
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that all designs meet the required standards and specifications
• Review and revise drawings and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
• Prepare and maintain project files and records, including blueprints, sketches, and other related materials
• Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including plans, elevations, sections, and details
• Participate in design meetings and provide input on design concepts and solutions
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, codes, and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Draftsman or in a related role
• Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software, including Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles and practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Familiarity with building codes, standards, and regulations is a plus
