📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and analyze dealer performance metrics using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
Identify trends and patterns in dealer performance data to inform strategic decisions.
Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve dealer performance and sales growth.
Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track dealer performance and progress.
Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business development initiatives.
Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on dealer performance and market trends.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve analytical processes.
Support the development of training programs to enhance dealer skills and capabilities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Certification in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
Fluent in English both written and spoken.
