Operation & Maintenance Supervisor
Join CommSec as an Operation & Maintenance Supervisor and lead our dynamic team in ensuring seamless operations and maintenance across our facilities in Bali. This role offers a unique opportunity to oversee critical infrastructure, implement best practices, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. As part of our team, you'll be responsible for maintaining the integrity and functionality of our facilities in areas such as Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
In this role, you'll work closely with a team of skilled professionals to ensure that our facilities are always in top condition. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing maintenance schedules, coordinating with vendors for repairs and upgrades, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. With your leadership, we'll strive to create a culture of excellence and innovation in everything we do.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance activities across multiple facilities in Bali.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules using industry-standard software such as SAP or Oracle.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely completion of repairs and upgrades.
- Monitor and maintain equipment and systems to ensure optimal performance and longevity.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Lead and mentor a team of maintenance technicians and support staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations and maintenance, with a focus on facilities management.
- Certification in Facility Management (CFM) or equivalent is a plus.
- Proficient in using maintenance management software such as SAP, Oracle, or IBM Maximo.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards is a plus.
