📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Monitor and analyze dealer performance metrics using tools like Power BI and Tableau.
- Identify trends and patterns in dealer performance data to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve dealer performance and sales growth.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards to track dealer performance and progress.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute business development initiatives.
- Provide regular updates and insights to stakeholders on dealer performance and market trends.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve analytical processes.
- Support the development of training programs to enhance dealer skills and capabilities.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Strong understanding of statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certification in Salesforce or similar CRM systems is a plus.
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
