🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support roles, with a strong background in cybersecurity.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, or Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH) are a plus.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and best practices.
• Proficient in using IT support tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, and remote desktop tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
