As the face of our premium milk tea shop, you'll be responsible for brewing and serving our signature drinks using high-quality ingredients and state-of-the-art equipment. Your day will be a dynamic blend of artistry and hospitality, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and serve high-quality milk tea and other beverages using our signature recipes and premium ingredients.
• Operate and maintain our espresso machines, milk tea brewing systems, and other specialized equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service, handling orders, payments, and resolving any customer issues professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory management, including restocking supplies and reporting any issues to the manager.
• Promote our products and special offers to customers, upselling when appropriate.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.
• Stay updated on new menu items and training programs to continuously improve your skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a barista or cashier in a coffee or tea shop, or equivalent experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of milk tea preparation techniques and the ability to brew and serve high-quality beverages.
• Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in using POS systems and cash handling equipment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
• Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards, including proper cleaning and sanitization procedures.
• Basic computer skills, including the ability to use word processing and spreadsheet software.
• Fluent in both English and Indonesian, with excellent communication skills.
