- Oversee the maintenance, operation, and efficiency of heavy equipment fleet
- Develop and implement logistics strategies to optimize supply chain operations

- Utilize SAP and Oracle for logistics management and data analysis

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in plant and logistics operations in the mining industry
- Proven track record of leading large-scale operations and improving efficiency
- Certifications in heavy equipment operation and maintenance (e.g., Caterpillar Certified Operator)
- Strong understanding of SAP and Oracle for logistics management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Professional certification in logistics management (e.g., APICS CLTD) is a plus
