📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and manage production processes, ensuring high-quality output and adherence to industry standards.
• Optimize equipment performance, including offset presses, digital presses, and finishing machines.
• Train and mentor junior operators, fostering a skilled and motivated team.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely completion of orders.
• Implement quality control measures to maintain and improve product standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an operator in the printing industry.
• Proven experience with offset presses, digital presses, and finishing machines.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes, including prepress, press, and postpress.
• Familiarity with industry-standard software such as Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, and QuarkXPress.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
